The IberOleum Guide is one of the leading references in the Spanish olive oil sector. Its purpose is to gather and classify the best extra virgin olive oils each year according to their quality and properties, becoming a key resource for professionals and for those who wish to better understand the value of EVOO.<\/p>\n

In this edition, held in Valencia, around 400 samples were evaluated over five intensive tasting sessions<\/strong> by a professional panel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t

Our green extra virgin olive oil, Arbequina variety, produced in La Bisbal del Pened\u00e8s, comes from a limited production \u2014around 200 kg per year\u2014 which allows us to care for every detail with precision and rigor.<\/p>\n
