On the palate, it offers remarkable complexity and an elegant balance between bitterness and pungency, characteristic of an early harvest olive oil with a high polyphenol content.

Its quality has been internationally recognised after being selected for the EVOOLEUM 2025/26 Top 20 World EVOO Limited Edition, a distinction that brings together the world’s finest limited-edition extra virgin olive oils.

Recently, Torclum Oli Verd has also been awarded the Gold Medal 2026 at the EVO IOOC – International Olive Oil Contest, a prestigious international competition that recognises the quality of extra virgin olive oils from around the world. This new recognition reinforces the uniqueness of this early-harvest EVOO and the work behind every bottle.

It has also been included in the IberOleum Guide 2026, within the Best EVOOs – Small Productions category, a selection that highlights some of the most outstanding olive oils in Spain. In addition, its bottle was recognised among the EVOOs awarded for their design at IberOleum 2026, highlighting a visual concept inspired by olive leaves and closely linked to Torclum’s identity.
