Torclum’s Arbequina Green Olive Oil has been recognised at IberOleum 2026 for the design of its bottle, placing it among the EVOOs awarded in this category. In addition, it has also been selected among the best olive oils in the IberOleum 2026 Guide, a double recognition that highlights both the quality of the product and the way it is presented.
Although the award focuses on this specific oil, its design is part of a broader EVOO range that shares the same way of understanding the product. Beyond a one-off recognition, this award reflects a way of working that has been part of Torclum from the very beginning: a coherent identity, conceived as a whole and aligned with what is inside each bottle.
More than a bottle, a way of doing things
At Torclum, we carefully consider everything we do. And that also includes design.
The EVOO range —Green Olive Oil, Mature Olive Oil and Menya— responds to a clear intention: to build a coherent, recognisable identity aligned with the product.
We aim for a real balance:
practical yet attractive
sustainable yet consistent
functional yet full of identity
Design also allows us to move towards a more responsible way of working. We focus on durable materials, reusable formats and decisions that help reduce waste, extending the life of each bottle beyond its initial use.
This approach aligns with our commitment to minimising impact and moving, whenever possible, towards a more conscious and near zero-waste model.
Because every detail matters, and the container is also part of our commitment to the product and the territory.
Design as part of the product
We understand design as a tool to bring EVOO closer to people, making it more accessible, more understandable and more connected to those who enjoy it.
Shape, colour and visual language help explain the differences between each oil, while also conveying a shared foundation: territory, care and coherence.
Green identifies the Green Olive Oil, made from early-harvest olives, with a fresher and more intense profile.
White represents the Mature Olive Oil, softer and more balanced, with a rounder expression.
Purple gives identity to Menya, a distinctive variety with its own character.
In this way, each bottle not only contains a different oil, but also makes it visible and understandable from the very first moment.
A recognition that reinforces a way of doing things
Being among the EVOOs awarded for their design at IberOleum 2026 is a distinction we especially value, as it connects with our way of understanding the product.
It is not only about the final result, but about everything behind it: decisions, criteria and coherence.
We hope that every time a Torclum bottle is present at a meal, it also conveys part of this way of doing things.
Because behind every detail there is a clear intention: to care for the product in every aspect, from what is inside to how it reaches the table.
