The experience begins at 11:00 a.m. with a visit to Torclum, where you will immerse yourself in the world of extra virgin olive oil. Stroll through the olive groves, learn about the production process and enjoy a tasting of our olive oils and a selection of Torclum products, discovering what makes a premium EVOO so special and why it is an essential part of the Mediterranean diet.

From 2:00 p.m., the experience continues at En Rima Restaurant at Hotel Mastinell, one of the Penedès region’s most distinctive dining destinations. Surrounded by vineyards and renowned for its iconic architecture, the hotel provides the perfect setting to enjoy the Rima Menu—a seasonal dining experience inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and prepared with fresh, local and organic ingredients, perfectly paired with Mastinell wines and cavas.
