Visit to our olive groves to learn the secrets of our EVOO

The visit begins at our olive groves, located in a privileged natural environment in La Bisbal del Penedès, where the Mediterranean climate and fertile land create the ideal conditions for olive cultivation. During the visit, we will explain the history of our olive trees, the importance of sustainable cultivation, as well as the traditional and modern techniques we use to obtain the best extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

You will learn how we care for the olive trees throughout the year, from pruning to harvesting, and discover how the love and dedication to the land are reflected in the quality of our oil. This visit will allow you to connect with the land and understand the entire process behind such an authentic and healthy product as our EVOO.

Visit to the mill

After touring our olive groves, we will take you to our olive oil mill, a space where tradition and innovation combine to produce our highest quality extra virgin olive oil. Our mill is very innovative, equipped with custom-made technology that allows us to extract the best from each olive while preserving the organoleptic properties and nutritional benefits of our oil.

During the visit, we will explain how we work to ensure that the entire production process is as environmentally friendly as possible, from harvesting to cold extraction, guaranteeing a pure final product, without additives or preservatives, and with an unparalleled taste.

Olive oil tasting

The experience culminates in an olive oil tasting, where you can put your senses to the test and learn to appreciate a good extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). During this session, we will explain the different types of oil that exist, teach you to identify the essential characteristics that define a quality EVOO, such as color, aroma, flavor, and texture.

We will also give you tips on how to use olive oil in cooking and how to pair it with different foods to enhance its qualities.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to taste our Torclum EVOO, as well as other products derived from it, all made with the same care and dedication.
