Torclum has been included in the IberOleum Guide 2026, as part of the Best EVOOs – Small Production category. A recognition that places our extra virgin olive oil (green olive oil), Arbequina variety, among a selection of some of the finest oils in Spain.
Beyond the distinction, this milestone highlights a way of working rooted in attention to detail, respect for the process and a deep connection with the land.
What is the IberOleum Guide?
The IberOleum Guide is one of the leading references in the Spanish olive oil sector. Its purpose is to gather and classify the best extra virgin olive oils each year according to their quality and properties, becoming a key resource for professionals and for those who wish to better understand the value of EVOO.
In this edition, held in Valencia, around 400 samples were evaluated over five intensive tasting sessions by a professional panel.
Recognition in the small production category
Within this demanding context, our Arbequina EVOO has been awarded a score of 8.85, placing it in the small production category, as also reflected in the official list of awarded oils.
This category highlights projects that, despite their limited production, achieve outstanding levels of excellence.
For us, being part of this selection is more than a score — it is a recognition of a way of doing things.
The essence of Arbequina green olive oil
Our green extra virgin olive oil, Arbequina variety, produced in La Bisbal del Penedès, comes from a limited production —around 200 kg per year— which allows us to care for every detail with precision and rigor.
This scale gives us something essential: the ability to preserve the essence.
Being a small producer means prioritizing quality over volume, respecting the rhythm of each harvest and understanding that every season is unique.
A way of working reflected in the result
Each bottle of Torclum is the result of consistent work, careful attention and a deep respect for the process. Our oil stands out for its balance, a present fruity intensity and a complexity that reflects both the character of the land and the Arbequina variety.
This recognition confirms that the path we follow makes sense: that care at every stage —from grove to extraction— translates into quality, and that there is space for projects that embrace a more human scale without losing their origin or essence.
Thank you for trusting Torclum and for being part of this journey.
